You will want to leave the personal guarantee section blank for this application. The representative may notice this and tell you that this needs to be filled out. Please decline and tell them that you would like this section to be left blank. We have found in the past, that some employees of Sam’s Club will be persistent that you complete this. They simply do not know that Sam’s Club will process your application even though this is blank, as long as your business credit is strong enough. Because this section is left blank your application will take longer to process, please allow 2-4 weeks. EIN number required. Be sure to include a copy of a voided business check, copy of a utility bill showing the business address and phone number, and a copy of your business license. (If you do not have a business license, then just include the voided check and utility bill.) This is a store membership card that costs you $35 per year and offers savings only. Not a net 30 account. Once a member, you can apply through Sam’s Club for up to a $25,000 SBA loan but you must be a member first!
